Dry Fog Mold Remediation vs. Wet Fog or Mist Mold Removal

Dry Fog (Our Patented Technology)

Smaller droplets rebound from surfaces creating a vapor. The vapor, as well as the fumes, create an inescapable environment for mold and bacteria.

Wet Fog or Mist (Other Technology)

The larger droplets burst and create wet surfaces, like rain. The larger particle size also creates gaps in molecular coverage and leaves a residue.

Dry Fog Mold Removal technology is what sets Pure Maintenance’s mold removal process apart from the competition. Instead of demolition and single room quarantine, tiny particles of a dry fog fill the capacity of your whole home or building, killing live mold and spores. Our patented micron particle is so small that it continues to bounce around the room for several minutes before finally dissipating. If we need to get behind walls small holes will be made to allow the fog to kill mold there too. Afterwards they are easy to repair. The best part about developing such a particle, is that it gets nothing in your home or office wet. We also treat living spaces as well as attics and crawl spaces.

1st Step: InstaPURE

The first of Pure Maintenance’s two-step process is a fog called InstaPURE. InstaPURE is a process that uses a powerful green disinfectant that is EPA registered to kill live mold and spores. By turning the mold spore into inert matter, your family can breathe a healthy sigh of relief knowing that the mold in your home is gone. The dry fog InstaPURE process can be used in homes, businesses, schools, day cares, restaurants, greenhouses and more!

2nd Step: EverPURE

EverPURE is the second application in the Pure Maintenance mold remediation system. The InstaPURE process can disinfect virtually any home, office, or other building but what happens when new bacteria and viruses enter the premises? EverPURE is the answer! EverPURE provides ongoing protection once it is applied. This anti-microbial leaves no residue but sits on your keyboard, door knobs, and every other surface of your home waiting for the next bacteria or virus looking for a place to land. When any bacteria or viruses tries to land on a surface of your home EverPURE destroys the cell on contact.

Both the InstaPURE and EverPURE process use products that are EPA registered.
